Question / thought experiment from somewhere (todo: track this down):
> If you needed to get a pizza in the next 30 minutes or else you die, how would you order?
> Correct answer: order a pizza from as many places as possible, to maximise the chance that *at least one* arrives within 30 minutes.
So there's a couple of things going into this:
- Independence -> many pizzas from one place obviously doesn't help, because they're all correlated with each other (i.e. will arrive together - probably in fact later because they'll take longer to prepare...)
